Four choices make the order

Ordering t-shirts in bulk comes down to shirt style, print, sizes and timing. The design is usually the quick part once those are settled.

Pick the shirt

Classic cotton suits events and staff. Tri-blend suits merch. Performance tees suit races and sports, long sleeves suit cooler weather, pocket tees suit staff uniforms, and youth tees cover schools and camps.

Keep the print simple

Fewer ink colors and print locations keep the per-shirt price down. A strong one- or two-color design often looks better than a busy full-color one.

Get the sizes right

Collect sizes before you order whenever you can. If you cannot, order more mediums and larges, and fewer of the smallest and largest sizes.
